These type of art work require high level of accuracy and planning and technique from the skillful craftsmen and artisans. The art and skill is transferred hereditary and artisans follow the age-old designs and production technology from generation to generation preserving actual artwork but not by teaching but by doing by learning and gainging expertise. Most foreigners are very much attracted with the production techniques Nepalese artisans adopted as it is completely hand labored.
